SHIPPING AND RETURNS

-          Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated by according to rates calculated by our service providers and are based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel.

To receive an update on your order you can email enquiries@dehair.co.za with your order number

 

-          Payment methods

At this time we only process VISA and MasterCard credit cards and bank debit cards. We apologize, but we do not process gift cards or pre-paid bank cards.

 

-          Returns and Damaged goods

For assistance with any damages or missing products or returns please email us on enquiries@dehair.co.za. Please ensure to read our returns policy before completing a purchase.

 

Returns policy

Please note the following with regard to returns

You have 14 days from receipt of the parcel to notify us of the intent to return the goods

Goods must not be opened or used and must remain in its original packaging

Only goods purchased from our Online Store (www.dehair.co.za) can be returned. Products purchased elsewhere must be returned to the respective retailer in accordance with their returns and refund policies.

Any shipping costs associated with returning the goods will be for your account.

No product exchanges can be processed once the goods have been shipped.

 

How to return you goods or request a refund

Email you order ID and proof of payment to enquiries@dehair.co.za requesting a refund or replacement (only in the case of damaged goods)

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the account from which payment was initiated.
